JOB PURPOSE
MSC Cruises, the world’s third-largest cruise line brand, is expanding its operations and seeking a highly skilled Corporate Counsel to join our dynamic legal team. Reporting directly to the U.S. General Counsel, this position will play a critical role in providing comprehensive transactional, corporate governance, and compliance support. The Corporate Counsel will collaborate with various internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, procurement, and operations teams. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth business environment.
This is a hybrid position requiring 2 days per week in the office, in Miami.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Draft and negotiate various commercial agreements, including sales, marketing, procurement, and information technology agreements.
Advise on transactional, corporate governance, compliance, privacy, and intellectual property matters.
Develop and improve standard templates for high-volume agreements and create bespoke agreements for non-standard business needs.
Assist in the development and drafting of policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years in a major law firm or corporate legal department handling general corporate, transactional, commercial, and intellectual property legal matters.
Significant commercial contract review and drafting experience.
Certification / License
License to practice law, Florida Bar preferred.
