About the Role
We are looking for a proactive, business-minded lawyer to support corporate, commercial, and compliance matters. This role is ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who enjoys solving business problems, takes ownership, and thrives in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, client agreements, NDAs, and vendor agreements.
· Provide legal support on corporate, commercial, and compliance matters.
· Conduct legal research and identify business and legal risks.
· Support regulatory compliance and review company policies.
· Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
· Use AI-powered legal tools to improve research and document review.
Requirements
· LLB or equivalent law degree.
· 2–8 years of experience in corporate/commercial law.
· Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal research skills.
· Excellent written and verbal English communication.
· Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
· Experience in consulting, fintech, SaaS, or financial services.
· Exposure to U.S. or international clients.
· Familiarity with AI legal research tools.
