- A lawyer with minimum 3 years of relevant experience
- An additional master’s degree is an asset
- Trilingual: English, Dutch and French
- Motivated with strong legal analysis skills, disciplined, intellectual curiosity, entrepreneurial mindset, (self)critical and have a group spirit
- Assisting in corporate transactions, mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
- Providing advice on Belgian and European corporate governance rules and compliance.
- Drafting legal opinions, contracts, and corporate documents (e.g., incorporation agreements, shareholder agreements).
- Representing clients in negotiations and, where applicable, legal proceedings.
