Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Corporate Associate to join our team on-site at our San Francisco, CA office. The Corporate Associate will handle a variety of responsibilities including advising clients on corporate transactions, preparing and negotiating legal documents, managing mergers and acquisitions, and providing counsel on governance and compliance matters. This role will require collaboration with legal teams across various practice areas to ensure seamless client service.
Qualifications
- Expertise in corporate law, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, and governance
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills to prepare and review legal documents
- Proficiency in legal research, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and legal teams
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and admission to the California State Bar
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Prior experience in a corporate law setting is highly preferred
