ROLE
Advise on a wide variety of cross-border M&A and joint venture transactions, both private and public.
Deliver corporate advisory services to multinational clients across key sectors.
Work closely with partners and senior lawyers on high-profile and multi-jurisdictional deals.
Gain exposure to complex, strategic projects and direct client contact
Navigate regional and international regulatory frameworks with commercial insight.
Contribute to team initiatives, thought leadership and knowledge development.
✅ REQUIREMENTS
1-3 years PQE (qualified in England & Wales or equivalent jurisdiction).
Experience gained from a leading international or top-tier regional law firm.
A strong foundation in corporate law, particularly M&A and joint ventures.
Strong academic background with excellent drafting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Confidence working on cross-border matters and with international clients.
