Key Responsibilities Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction through to completion Carry out property searches and prepare legal documentation Liaise professionally with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties Maintain accurate client records and ensure effective file management Provide comprehensive administrative support to facilitate the smooth progression of matters About You To be successful in this role, you will have: A minimum of two years’ experience in residential conveyancing Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills The ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure A proactive attitude with a genuine desire to learn and develop professionally If you are an organised and motivated conveyancing professional looking to take the next step in your career, we’d love to hear from you.
