Key Responsibilities:

Support the development, negotiation, and management of various contracts, including vendor and service agreements.

Help analyze contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Work closely with various teams to understand contract requirements and provide support.

Assist in identifying potential risks associated with contracts and suggest mitigation strategies.

Help maintain accurate records and documentation related to contracts.

Support market research and legal compliance assessments to inform contract negotiations.

Assist in training internal teams regarding contract policies and procedures.

Help resolve contract disputes and issues that arise during the lifecycle of contracts.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field.

Internship or relevant coursework in contract management or legal studies preferred.

Basic understanding of contract law, negotiation techniques, and compliance regulations.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with stakeholders.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Familiarity with contract management software is a plus.
