This diversified global mining client has a requirement for a Contact Specialist to work in their Consultancy Services team for an initial period of 12 months.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the preparation, negotiation, and management of contracts for a diverse range of categories including Digital, Engineering, AI, Innovation, Finance and other general professional services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify risks and optimize value.
Develop tools and processes for best practice contract administration.
Manage contract performance and ensure compliance with organizational goals.
About You
Hold a degree in Engineering, Business Management, or Law.
Extensive experience in contracts development and execution (ideally in the Professional Services space).
Possess exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
We are looking for someone who can start work at the beginning of April. The rate on offer is from $90 – $105ph + super. You will be bases in stunning offices in Perth CBD. The organisation also offers a high level of flexibility including working from home 2 days a week and flexible start and finish times.
