Manage vendor relationships by ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and performance metrics.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking contract statuses, renewals, and amendments.
Prepare technical documentation related to contracts, ensuring all necessary information is accurately represented.
Assist in developing systems for efficient contract management and storage.
Skills
Strong understanding of contractor management principles.
Proficient in contract negotiation techniques.
Experience in business development strategies related to procurement.
Familiarity with vendor management processes and best practices.
Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking contracts.
Excellent technical writing skills for creating clear and concise documentation.
