Our client, a global leader in the oil & gas industry, is looking for a Contract Analyst to join their regional contracts team. This role offers the opportunity to provide expert advice on international commercial and contract matters, ensuring compliance and mitigating risks across the company’s global operations.
Key Responsibilities of this Contract Analyst:
Review contracts to identify potential risks, disputes, and financial exposures.
Analyse contract clauses, obligations, and liabilities, recommending necessary amendments.
Negotiate contract terms, payment structures, and reimbursement with external parties.
Ensure compliance with legal regulations and company policies.
Advise internal teams on cost-effective ways to fulfil contractual obligations.
Key Requirements of this Contract Analyst:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, business law, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in contract analysis within the oil & gas, or energy
Strong understanding of local, state, and international contract laws.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple contracts effectively.
Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office.
