ry:The Contract Administrator will manage contract and venture debt-related documentation from preparation through execution, filing, tracking, renewals, and audit support. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of contract administration experience in a business, financial services, legal, corporate lending, or banking environme

- upportMonitor key contract terms, deadlines, reporting requirements, and compliance items; escalate issues or discrepancies as approp

Quali
- fications:Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, law, or a rela
- ted field.10+ years of contract administration experience, including corporate lending experience, in a financial services, banking, corporate lending, or venture debt en
- vironment.Knowledge of contract terms, amendments, renewals, approvals, and reco
- rdkeeping.Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follo
- w-through.Excellent communication and customer servi
- ce skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office and contract management or document repositor
- y systems.Able to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven en
- vironment.Must be able to work onsite in the San Francisco office five days

Preferred Qual
