Collaborate closely with legal professionals to manage international trademark applications, liaise with CIPO, and ensure timely action on critical deadlines.
Your role emphasizes navigating complex trademark matters, contributing to client success throughout every stage.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle domestic and foreign trademark prosecutions and disputes
• Document matters in the IP Practice Management system
• Prepare and file trademark applications promptly
• Review correspondence from CIPO and share insights
• Provide backup support during urgent processing demands
Requirements:
• A minimum of 3 years experience in trademark prosecution
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management systems
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong collaborative skills in multi-disciplinary teams
• Diploma in paralegal or legal studies preferred
