We are a small but very busy law office that specializes in uncontested divorce cases. Our team thrives on collaboration and multitasking, and we are looking for a fifth legal assistant to join us. No prior legal experience is required—training will be provided.
What You’ll Do:
-Maintain frequent communication with clients to ensure a smooth and efficient divorce process, primarily through phone and email.
-Prepare legal documents and ensure accuracy.
-Answer phones, respond to emails, and manage a high volume of client communication.
-Work closely with two attorneys and a team of legal assistants.
-Stay organized and juggle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
