We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Consultant – Market Entry (Legal). This full-time and permanent position is based in Hanoi, Vietnam and offers regional coverage, allowing you to make significant impact.
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advisory to multinational clients seeking to establish or expand their presence in Vietnam;
- Support issues related to company/ representative office’s licenses;
- Drafting related documents, and working with 3rd parties (such as legal firms, translation or property management companies);
- Search for legal regulations related to clients’ activities.
- Other assignments as required.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law / Business Administration / Commercial;
- 1-2 years in Legal / Licensing fields;
- Familiar with Investment & Enterprise Laws;
- Good English in 4 skills;
- Experience in a consulting firm is a plus;
- Professional, proactive, self-motivated, and able to work under high pressure/deadlines.
