We are currently looking to hire a Site Supervisor
Work Location: Riyadh, SA
A site supervisor in a real estate company is responsible for ensuring that construction projects are completed efficiently, on time, within budget, and in compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field
Must have:
Citizenship or a work permit in Saudi Arabia.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure that work is progressing according to the project schedule and within budgetary constraints.
Monitor the quality of work and adherence to construction plans and specifications.
Implement and enforce safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe work environment for all personnel on the construction site.
Coordinate and allocate resources such as labor, materials, and equipment efficiently. Maintain inventory control for construction materials and equipment on-site.
Work Experience:
Relevant experience in real estate or construction field.
Previous experience in construction management or site supervision.
Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
