What You Will Be Doing:
Representing construction clients in litigation, including depositions, dispositive motions, arbitrations, mediations, and trial preparation.
Managing significant complex disputes and litigation matters nationally.
Engaging in risk management and developing litigation and resolution strategies.
Reporting directly to clients and collaborating with local counsel, experts, and other entities.
Preparing for and participating in mediations, depositions, and trials.
Managing e-discovery processes in litigation cases.
Experience You Will Need
Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation, including taking and defending depositions and drafting and arguing dispositive motions.
Experience preparing for and participating in arbitrations, mediations, and trials.
Experience in e-discovery processes.
Previous involvement in construction dispute cases, including delay and disruption claims, payment disputes, and breach of contract claims is a plus.
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar is required.
Strong writing and oral communication skills.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team.
Excellent academic record.
