Overview
The Phoenix, AZ office of Lewis Brisbois, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Construction Litigation Practice.
The ideal candidate will have strong research and writing skills and at least one (1) to seven (7) years of experience in all phases of insurance defense litigation, including case management, motion practice, discovery, hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials. Admission to the Arizona State Bar is required.
Lewis Brisbois’ Construction Litigation Practice is staffed by nearly 80 construction law attorneys nationwide who have successfully represented defendants in significant exposure cases across various construction law areas. The group has provided defense in property and personal injury claims for both insured and self-insured clients. While our attorneys handle a wide range of matters, we excel in litigating and trying catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and complex cases.
Our seasoned trial attorneys have been recognized by the National Law Journal and other prominent outlets for their achievements.
Although prior insurance defense experience is preferred, we are also interested in developing talented attorneys with excellent litigation skills, regardless of their specific practice area.
