We are looking for a Contracts Associate to join our team. The role will support the end-to-end administration of Construction and Consultancy contracts, assist in managing bonds and claims, and coordinate with both internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution of contract requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft and review construction and consultancy contracts
- Monitor contract performance and assist in issue resolution
- Support bond issuance, renewals, claims processing, and compliance tracking
- Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and cross-functional project teams
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Law, or a related field
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in Contracts or Procurement
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with FIDIC standards is an advantage
