Job Summary:

The Compliance Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that the organization adheres to regulatory requirements, corporate governance standards, and internal policies. This role involves conducting compliance audits, coordinating with regulatory bodies, and implementing quality assurance measures to maintain compliance across all business functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1️⃣ Compliance Audit & Coordination:

Conduct regular compliance audits to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Develop and implement corrective action plans to address compliance risks.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance measures are integrated into business processes.

2️⃣Corporate Governance Expertise:

Ensure alignment with corporate governance best practices.

Assist in drafting and reviewing company policies, procedures, and governance frameworks.

Provide guidance on ethical business practices and regulatory requirements.

3️⃣ Regulatory Compliance Expertise:

Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Ensure the company is compliant with all applicable local and international regulatory requirements.

Act as a point of contact with regulatory authorities and external auditors.

4️⃣ Quality Assurance:

Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure compliance.

Conduct periodic risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement.

Train employees on compliance policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Requirements:

✅ Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Law.

✅ Certifications:

Certified Professional Compliance Officer (CPCO) or equivalent is preferred.

✅ Experience:

5+ years of experience in compliance, governance, or regulatory affairs.

✅ Language Skills:

Fluent in English and Arabic (written & spoken).

✅ Key Competencies:

Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and corporate governance.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to coordinate with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
