Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the development and ongoing execution of the Compliance Monitoring Program, ensuring alignment with regulatory obligations, tracking follow-ups, and contributing to risk assessments.

Work closely with the Compliance Conducting Officer on regulatory and financial crime compliance matters to maintain full adherence to applicable laws and guidelines, including due diligence on funds, counterparties, and assets, as well as oversight of transfer agent activities.

Assist the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) in handling AML/KYC-related responsibilities, such as conducting due diligence reviews on various entities and ensuring compliance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Contribute to the evaluation of external service providers and delegates through structured due diligence assessments.

Keep up-to-date compliance records, including registers for breaches, conflicts of interest, information security incidents, personal transactions, gifts and hospitality, and political contributions.

Ensure that company policies, processes, and documentation adhere to the latest regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Support the preparation and timely submission of regulatory filings to the CSSF.

Collaborate with the wider Risk and Compliance team to reinforce the firm’s compliance framework.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

3 to 5 years in compliance or other regulatory functions within the financial services sector.

Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulations specifically, AIFMD, AML/CFT, and CSSF Circular 18/698 and CSSF Circular 20/758.

Being fluent in English (other European languages is advantageous)
