Qualifications
* Degree in Finance, Law, or a related field.
* Minimum *5 years' experience* in a senior role within the Global Business industry.
* Must have previously served as an *FSC-approved officer* in a Management Company or Global Business Licensee.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure ongoing compliance with *FIAMLA 2002, **FIAML Regulations 2018, **FSC AML/CFT Handbook, and the **UN Sanctions Act*.
* Maintain and update internal compliance policies, procedures, and AML/CFT manuals.
* Conduct and maintain Business Risk Assessments (BRA) and Customer Risk Assessments (CRA).
* Oversee KYC/CDD processes, including Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk clients and Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs).
* Perform compliance monitoring reviews and internal audits, reporting findings directly to the Board.
* Deliver annual AML/CFT training to all employees.
* Act as the primary liaison with the Financial Services Commission (FSC) during inspections and regulatory inquiries.
* Receive and assess internal suspicious activity reports.
* Determine whether Suspicious Transaction Reports (STRs) should be filed with the Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU).
* Serve as the firm's official point of contact with the FIU.
* Lead and oversee the firm's AML/CFT compliance framework, ensuring its effectiveness.
* Report directly to the Board with unrestricted access to client files and systems while operating independently and without reprisal.
