What You Will Be Doing
- Act as a senior legal partner, providing strategic counsel that shapes business decisions and strengthens governance across the Group.
- Provide high‑level legal advice and strategic support to senior management and cross‑functional teams on complex commercial, corporate, and compliance matters.
- Advise on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk management, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Monitor legal and regulatory developments, proactively advising on implications for the Group.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of legal policies, procedures, and training programs.
Who is Our Right Fit
- Qualified solicitor with 7-8 years PQE, preferably with both law firm and in‑house experience in a fast‑paced corporate environment.
- Experience in listed company compliance and familiarity with Hong Kong Listing Rules is an advantage.
- Solid knowledge of commercial contracts, corporate law, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
- Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of working independently while providing guidance and leadership within the legal function.
- Strong ability to anticipate legal risks and provide practical, preventive solutions.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills, with proven ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
