Position: Complex Construction Litigation Expertise (sign-on bonus)
Roberts, Reynolds, Bedard & Tuzzio, PLLC is hiring in all locations! The firm is in need of someone with over 3-10 years of litigation experience, serving as lead attorney on all assigned cases, handling every aspect of litigation, including depositions, hearings, discovery, motion practice, and mediations without oversight. Openings in Fort Myers, Jacksonville and Coral Springs offices. When submitting your resume please state location preference.
All candidates should possess excellent communication, analytical, research and writing skills.
Excellent time management skills.
Applicants should be capable of working independently and as a team.
Previous deposition and court experience.
Experience in Construction Defect Litigation:
Products Liability, Auto Negligence;
Premises Liability;
Negligent Security etc.
Must be a member of the Florida Bar.

The firm is currently offering a $10,000 sign-on bonus ($5,000 at completion of 6 months, and $5,000 at completion of one year) for any direct hire candidate (no recruiters).
