Commercial Litigation Attorney
Beacon Hill Legal is partnering with a top Am Law firm to grow their commercial litigation team in their Minneapolis office. Ideal candidates will have 2-5+ years of complex commercial litigation experience focused on brief writing, discovery, and motion practice for matters such as trade secrets, non-compete, M&A, or IP litigation. Oral argument, deposition, and hearing experience is a plus but not required.
