Key responsibilities:
- Manage board and shareholder meetings, ROC/MCA filings, and compliance under the Companies Act, 2013
- Oversee corporate governance and statutory secretarial compliance
- Support the implementation of the New Labour Codes and related policy updates
- Draft and review employment contracts, NDAs, non-compete clauses, and separation agreements
- Develop and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and disciplinary protocols
- Handle labour disputes, employee grievances, domestic inquiries, and legal notices
- Represent the company before Labour Officers, Conciliation Officers, and other statutory authorities
- Coordinate with external law firms on litigation matters
- Advise on POSH compliance, support the Internal Committee, and conduct workplace awareness programs
- Support employment law and regulatory initiatives across international jurisdictions
Required qualifications:
- Qualified Company Secretary
- LL.B. from a recognized university
- 6–9 years of relevant post-qualification experience in corporate secretarial functions and labour and employment law
- Strong drafting, stakeholder management, and regulatory compliance skills
