We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Experienced Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. In this role, you will provide expert legal counsel across a broad spectrum of practice areas. Your expertise will support our commitment to delivering comprehensive legal solutions to clients while ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough legal research using tools such as LexisNexis and Westlaw to support case preparation and legal analysis.
- Draft and review a variety of legal documents including contracts, motions, pleadings, and briefs with precision and clarity.
- Manage multiple general litigation cases from inception through trial preparation and resolution.
- Represent clients in court depositions, hearings, and negotiations while demonstrating strong advocacy skills.
- Provide expert legal counsel on estate planning, land use, tribal regulations, patent law, workers’ compensation law, and other specialized fields.
- Prepare for trial by organizing evidence, developing case strategies, and coordinating with experts and witnesses.
- Communicate effectively with clients to explain legal options, progress updates, and procedural requirements while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with active bar admission in relevant jurisdictions.
- Proven experience in general & commercial litigation, personal injury law, employment law cases, and procedural law knowledge.
- Extensive familiarity with legal research platforms such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.
- Strong skills in negotiation, legal writing, case management, and motion preparation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to advocate effectively in court depositions and client meetings.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced law office environment with proficiency in legal administrative processes.
- Knowledge of statutory research methods and the ability to interpret laws relevant to employment law and litigation cases.
