Commercial Loan Closer Jobs in Irvine, USA at JCW Group
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage commercial loan closings from approval through funding
- Review loan approvals, commitment letters, and credit documentation to ensure closing requirements are satisfied
- Prepare and review closing checklists and required documentation
- Work with outside counsel, borrowers, relationship managers, and title companies to facilitate timely closings
- Review title commitments, surveys, insurance, UCC filings, organizational documents, and other due diligence items
- Ensure compliance with loan terms, regulatory requirements, and internal bank procedures
- Coordinate funding and booking of loans with internal operations teams
- Resolve pre-closing and post-closing documentation issues
- Maintain accurate loan files and closing records
Qualifications
- 7+ years of commercial loan closing experience within a bank or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of commercial real estate and commercial & industrial lending transactions
- Experience reviewing title commitments, lien searches, and closing documentation
- Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Preferred
- Prior paralegal or law firm experience
- Experience working with loan documentation attorneys and title/settlement processes
