You’ll be instrumental in driving legal strategies while ensuring compliance and facilitating business growth across the organization. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Advise on commercial and SaaS-related legal issues
• Draft and negotiate technology and commercial agreements
• Manage complex customer transactions and bespoke arrangements
• Engage in strategic business initiatives and projects
• Oversee governance compliance across Canada
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience
• Proven experience in commercial agreement negotiation
• In-depth knowledge of Canadian commercial law
• Experience in healthcare technology is advantageous
• Collaborative relationship-building skills
