We are working with a fast growing B2B gaming and technology business in Malta that is looking to hire a Commercial Lawyer to join its legal team
.This is a great opportunity for a commercially minded lawyer with at least 2 years experience in commercial contracts to join a dynamic in house environment with strong exposure across the business
.
Key responsibilitie
- s:Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements including software licences, gaming licence agreements, NDAs, services agreements, novations, terminations and amendmen
- tsManaging ongoing contract negotiations with customers and supplie
- rsAdvising on post contractual issues and general contract law matte
- rsReviewing terms and conditions with third parti
- esSupporting wider legal projects and business initiativ
- esAssisting Senior Counsel with day to day legal wo
- rkHelping develop templates, processes and internal legal guidan
- ceDelivering legal training to support risk manageme
- ntIdentifying legal risks and supporting practical solutio
