FEHA OR Class Action Employment Attorney Opening
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Employment Attorney with experience handling FEHA claims AND / OR class action litigation to join our dynamic legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for attorneys looking to work on high-impact cases while benefiting from a competitive compensation structure, including bonuses and potential participation in a percentage of generated fees for highly experienced candidates.
Must have experience with one of the following:
Represent plaintiffs in FEHA-related cases, including workplace discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation claims.
OR
Handle wage and hour class actions, PAGA claims, and other complex employment litigation matters.
Experience with:
Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery, and develop case strategies.
Negotiate settlements and represent clients in mediation, arbitration, and court proceedings.
Stay up-to-date on changes in California employment law and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.
Collaborate with other attorneys to manage case loads and achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
J.D. nd admission to the California Bar.
2+ years of experience in employment law, FEHA claims OR class action litigation.
Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills.
Experience handling depositions, mediations, and court appearances is preferred.
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary range (DOE range is from $140,000- $350,000+)
