Your new role
- Prepare client onboarding documents based on Front Office requirements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Review client documentation in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC).
- Provide advisory support on documentation requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Coordinate closely with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to resolve onboarding issues.
- Support the delivery of a smooth and compliant client onboarding experience.
- Assist with ad hoc projects and process improvements as assigned.
What you'll need to succeed
- 1-2 years of experience in KYC/CDD, client onboarding, or banking operations.
- Good understanding of AML/KYC regulations (e.g. MAS 626).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Good communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn internal systems.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin (spoken and reading) to effectively review documentation and liaise with stakeholders and clients across the APAC region.
