A highly esteemed law firm in Northern California is seeking a talented full-time Associate with experience to join its Labor & Employment Practice. Responsibilities:
· The role will involve a broad spectrum of responsibilities, including handling employment class actions, individual litigation, unfair competition cases, and advising employers on issues related to employment discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, leave of absence management, employee accommodations, personnel policies, wage and hour compliance, and employment agreements, among other labor and employment matters.
Requirements:
· The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, writing, and analytical skills, along with keen attention to detail. We are looking for someone who takes the initiative and is eager to take ownership of their work and career. Litigation experience is essential, and knowledge of wage and hour laws is an added benefit.
· Strong academic credentials
· Membership in the California State Bar is required.
Compensation Commensurate with Experience: $200K-$250K
