Role Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and professional Legal Assistant to join our team in Richmond on a full-time, in-person basis. This role is vital to the daily operations of our practice, providing comprehensive administrative and legal support to our attorneys and staff. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to maintaining meticulous records in a sophisticated legal environment.
Qualifications
Experience: Previous experience as a legal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a professional office environment preferred (experience in estate planning or probate administration is a significant plus).
Technical Proficiency: Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and a quick adaptability to legal practice management software.
Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills with a proven track record of maintaining high accuracy in document management and scheduling.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills suitable for high-touch, professional client interactions.
