We’re looking for a paralegal who has experience in property tax law or Litigation experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Case Management: Track deadlines, fulfill requirements, and ensure timely filings.
Client Interaction: Collect documents, schedule appointments, and provide empathetic support.
Document Handling: Draft and manage legal documents, ensuring compliance.
Case Organization: Maintain accurate and accessible case files.
Discovery: Handle all aspects of the discovery process.
E-Filing: File documents in state and federal courts with minimal supervision.
Legal Research & Trial Prep: Conduct research and assist with trial preparation.
Ideal Candidate:
Experience: 2–3 years as a Paralegal; property tax law experience or interest preferred.
Detail-Oriented: Strong accuracy with legal deadlines and documents.
Communicator: Excellent client-focused communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient with e-filing systems, legal research, and case management tools.
