Job Description: Litigation Attorney

We seek a highly skilled and motivated litigation attorney to become an integral part of our team, with an unwavering commitment to client advocacy. The ideal candidate should have experience in legal research and analysis; discovery and case management; client interaction and communication; court proceedings and representation; and case strategy development and support.
Responsibilities
Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions
Conduct legal research and analyze case law to develop legal strategies
Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
Provide legal advice to clients on a variety of legal issues
Negotiate settlements and plea bargains on behalf of clients
Manage a caseload and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to develop case strategies
Requirements
2-6 years of experience, California bar admission and excellent academic credentials
Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in California
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with employment law and general business litigation
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines

Origination bonus program pays 15% bonus of monthly of amounts collected on originated matters.
Production bonus program pays annual bonus of 5% of salary base if billable hours target achieved, plus additional bonus of 40% of billing rate for each billable hour above billable target.
