About the Role
We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented Case Manager to actively coordinate patient cases from referral through settlement. You’ll be the connective tissue between injured patients, medical providers, and attorneys — tracking treatment, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring liens are managed transparently and professionally at every stage.

What You’ll Do
- Manage an active caseload of personal injury funding cases from referral and review through funding approval, treatment, and settlement
- Coordinate with medical providers to track treatment progress, collect billing statements and records, and keep documentation current and organized
- Communicate regularly with attorneys and their staff to provide status updates, records, and clear lien documentation
- Support the underwriting team by gathering and verifying case information for new referrals
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date case files and lien records in our case management system
- Assist with lien resolution and payoff coordination at case settlement
- Serve as a responsive, professional point of contact for patients, providers, and attorney offices throughout the life of a case
What You Bring
- Prior experience in case management, medical billing, personal injury law, healthcare administration, or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and comfort managing multiple cases and deadlines at once
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
- Comfort reading and tracking medical records, billing statements, and lien documentation
- A collaborative, non-adversarial approach to problem-solving
- High attention to detail and follow-through
- Proficiency with standard office/case management software
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with personal injury liens, medical funding, or the attorney/provider referral process
- Experience working directly with law firms or medical practices

Pay: $27.50 – $35.00 per hour
