I am currently working with a Nationally Recognized Plaintiff-Side Employment Law firm seeking multiple Attorneys across the country, as they look to make further expansion across the country. Here are the key details:

The Role
- Caseload Management: Take ownership of an established portfolio of plaintiff-side cases, maintaining the firm’s legacy of successful outcomes and ensuring excellence in client representation.
- Firm Leadership & Strategy: Play a key role in the firm’s leadership team – contributing to strategic planning, business development, and the day-to-day management of firm operations.
- Mentorship & Team Development: Support the growth of junior attorneys through active mentorship, skills training, and professional guidance—helping shape the next generation of legal talent.
