Responsibilities:
- Reporting to Commercial Director, North Asia.
- Market Development: Drive new business opportunities across Hong Kong and Mainland China, focusing on corporate services (accounting, tax, payroll, company secretarial, fund administration).
- Client Acquisition: Initiate and execute commercial plans to build a portfolio of listed and multinational clients, including investment, trust, and corporate structures.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with institutional clients, law firms, tax advisors, and corporate stakeholders.
- Advisory Services: Provide practical business advisory on market entry strategies, company formation, tax compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Revenue Growth: Deliver or exceed allocated revenue targets through structured sales campaigns and cross-selling opportunities.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to local and international legislation, including AML/CFT regulations, corporate governance, and listing rules.
- Brand Building: Enhance corporate visibility through event participation, marketing initiatives, and thought leadership.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related discipline.
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, corporate services, or financial advisory, preferably with listed companies or professional service firms.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and networking skills; ability to manage complex client portfolios.
- Languages: Fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Mindset: Entrepreneurial, proactive, and culturally adaptable with strong commercial acumen.
KPIs:
- Revenue Targets: Achieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Client Growth: Number of new listed or multinational clients onboarded.
- Retention Rate: Maintain high client satisfaction and renewal rates.
- Cross-Selling: Increase uptake of multiple service lines per client.
