Munck Wilson Mandala is currently seeking a litigation legal assistant for its Dallas office to support as many as four busy attorneys and/or paralegals in a highly collaborative working environment. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 3 years of legal assistant experience with significant exposure to a commercial litigation practice in a large or mid-sized law firm. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, state and federal e-filing, Styles, Table of Contents and Authorities, and trial preparation is required, as are excellent written and oral communication, proofreading, and organizational skills. Ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, be able to multitask and prioritize the workload independently, and be comfortable working in a high volume, high energy environment. Availability for some overtime is required as needed. We offer a competitive salary and benefits package.
