We're working with a global hedge fund based in Austin, and we're hiring a Legal Assistant to join the high-performing legal team. This role is built for recent BA/BS grads who are serious about a career in law — and want the corporate experience to back it up.
What you'll be doing:
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders across legal, compliance, ops, and marketing
• Tracking legal requests and managing document execution
• Maintaining organised records of legal documents, approvals, and workflows
• Supporting transaction execution and managing corporate entity records
What we're looking for:
• Strong academic credentials
• Plans to attend law school or pursue a career in law
• Any legal internship or work experience is a big plus but not essential
Practicals:
- 5 days in-office (Austin)
- $80,000 – $100,000
