We are seeking a Bilingual Paralegal to join our client’s dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in business-related law and a keen understanding of complex financial schemes, including Ponzi schemes. Key Responsibilities:
Assist attorneys in managing and preparing legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
Conduct detailed legal research and analysis on business-related law, including Ponzi scheme litigation and compliance issues.
Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and stakeholders in English and Spanish languages.
Organize and maintain case files, ensuring all documents are updated and accessible.
Support attorneys in court filings, hearings, and trials as required.
Translate legal documents and communications between required languages.
Requirements
Must have experience as a paralegal, preferably in business-related law or cases involving Ponzi schemes.
Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related field.
Certification in Paralegal Studies is highly preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish both written and verbal.
Strong research, organizational, and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with legal software and tools.
