Position: Bilingual Contracts Specialist at Procom
Drive commercial negotiations as a Bilingual Contracts Specialist age both English- and French-speaking clients in the full contract lifecycle to ensure compliant and favorable terms.
Procom seeks an experienced Bilingual Commercial Contracts Specialist to handle contracts across Consulting and Workforce sectors. This role requires deep negotiation skills, engaging directly with clients, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of contracts, including renewals and amendments. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with both Account Managers and Legal to facilitate efficient agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead negotiations for MSAs, SOWs, and rate cards
• Manage the contracting process from introduction to execution
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks in client terms
• Ensure consistency in contract terms across client segments
• Maintain contract repository and track negotiation cycles
Requirements:
• 5+ years of commercial contract negotiation experience
• Bilingual fluency in English and French
• Proven client-facing negotiation skills
• Strong understanding of commercial contract structures
• Post-secondary education in business, law, or related discipline
