Our busy law firm is currently seeking a qualified applicant to fill the position of a bankruptcy Paralegal. The Paralegal will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations of the law firm, including carrying out administrative services, providing support to the legal team and ensuring that the firm remains in compliance with federal legal regulations. The ideal candidate for this position has a strong work ethic, must be an energetic self starter, works well in a team environment, exceptional problem solving skills and is comfortable working in a detailed, fast-paced and dynamic workplace.
Paralegal Duties will include:
· Data entry and management
· General reception/front desk duties
· Taking payments
· Answering telephones
· Managing emails and calendars
· Complete administrative duties such as making copies
· Greeting clients
· Coordinate appointments
Paralegal Qualifications:
· Some skills with MS Office
· Dependable, organized, and professional demeanor
· Ability to learn and adapt quickly
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Attention to detail
· Able to take direction and work independently with little or no supervision
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 – $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
