Position: BILINGUAL ASSOCIATE IMMIGRATION ATTORNEY
Full-Time | Fast-Paced Immigration Law Firm
Salary Starting at: $75,000 plus per year (based on experience)
We are a well-established, full-service Immigration Law Firm proudly serving the Hispanic community for over 25 years. Our firm focuses on family-based immigration and criminal defense, providing compassionate representation while fighting diligently for our clients’ rights.
We are seeking a motivated Associate Immigration Attorney who thrives in a high-volume environment and is passionate about helping immigrant families.
Responsibilities:
- Handle family-based immigration cases (AOS, consular processing, waivers, VAWA, U visas, etc.)
- Represent clients before USCIS and Immigration Court
- Attend master calendar and individual hearings
- Conduct client consultations and develop case strategies
- Prepare and review petitions, applications, and supporting documentation
- Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines
Qualifications:
- 1 year Immigration Law Experience minimum
- Active bar license in good standing
- Removal defense experience a plus
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) required
- Strong writing, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
