Main Responsibilities
- Drafting contracts and other documents of legal nature;
- Advising on legal matters, drawing up legal briefs and opinions;
- Corporate legal assistance and representation.
Requirements
- University degree in law (LLM from the US or European universities is an advantage);
- At least 1-3 years (depending on the position) of work experience in commercial and corporate fields of law;
- Language requirements: fluent written and verbal Azerbaijani and English (Russian is an advantage)
