Responsibilities and Duties:
- Receive incoming documents from clients.
- Compile and analyze data from records.
- Organize client documents.
- Handle large volumes of work in a fast-paced environment.
- Work closely with attorneys to meet deadlines.
Qualifications and Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service skills
- Organizational skills with attention to detail are a MUST.
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent math skills.
