We represent a global Data Analytics company looking to hire an attorney with at least three years of experience Drafting, reviewing and negotiating outbound market data license agreements and other commercial contracts. Appropriate candidates will provide commercially-focused legal support, legal risk management and business partnership on a range of legal matters and projects related to market data and commercial contracts within a dynamic financial services environment.
Candidates must be admitted to practice in New York
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in private practice or practicing in-house specializing in either corporate and/or commercial agreements in a data company and/or market data environment
