Job Description
We are seeking a Bankruptcy Paralegal to become a part of our team! You will provide overall support to attorneys’ business needs.
Responsibilities
Conduct research to support legal proceedings
Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents
Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Record and store client information
Handle and manage all client relation matters
Handle and manage all correspondence with Judges, Court Clerks, Attorneys, and other parties
Qualifications
3-5 Years of previous experience as a bankruptcy paralegal
Familiarity with Bankruptcy Law
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
