- Active Florida bar admission 2+ years and Florida residence
- Strong, warm communication skills that put clients at ease
- A compassionate, solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and legal practice software.
- Sharp organizational skills—accurate, detail-oriented, and dependable on deadlines.
Even better if you have:
- Fluency in Spanish
- Experience in employment law
What You’ll Do
- Advise clients across a range of legal matters in a limited-scope capacity.
- Draft and review documents, agreements, and correspondence with precision.
- Consult with clients by phone, delivering clear, practical guidance they can act on.
- Conduct focused legal research that powers sound, accurate advice.
