GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The Wyoming Office of Consumer Advocate (OCA) is an independent office within the Wyoming Public Service Commission (Commission). It advocates for the interests of utility ratepayers and citizens in proceedings involving public utilities in accordance with Wyo. Stat. § 37-2-401 et seq. In this position, you will fill one of two attorney roles for the office, serving as counsel to the OCA, providing legal representation in administrative, judicial, and legislative proceedings.
